Pastor “Bill” is married to Sheila and they have two sons – Taylor and Tristen. He also has a grown son, Scott, who lives in Florida. Pastor Bill attended Concordia College, Austin, Southwest Texas State University (B.S., 1969), now Texas State, Concordia Seminary, Springfield, (M. Div, 1973), East Texas Sate University (M.S. Ed.D 1989). He and Rev. Ron Rehrer did a 16 workshop tour in 9 days teaching 441 pastors and lay people about praying for healing in California, Nevada, and Arizona.
